I was referred to this place by my cousin. She and her hubby had been dealing with a manager named Lynn, whom they said was awesome. However, when I called Firestone I was told that Lynn was no longer employed here. Nonetheless, my son's vehicle was in desperate need of tires and the snow was on its way, so I decided to still give this place a chance. The man I spoke with over the phone was James. He was nice, professional, helpful, and patient with me as I asked questions. I ran over a piece of iron and popped my tire. The team was super helpful and very professional with the repair. They worked me in between appointments when I came in today and were really nice working through what needed to be done. The guy that worked up at the front, James, was respectful and nice. I really appreciated all his help. Thanks James!

On Saturday 4/29/23 I was needing an emissions check to get my tag that was expiring the next day; 4/30/23. I had gone to 4 other places: 3 Valvoline and 1 Dobbs with no success. I had been getting my emissions done at Valvoline for many years and 2 of the places no longer conduct emissions/safety inspections and one only does emissions Monday thru Friday. Dobbs was scheduling appointments for more than a week out. However the manager, Lyenn Billingsley was able to get me in and out on 4/29/2023 in less than an hour.
