Big Shoutout to Keisha Smith, service manager at Firestone Olivette. I arrived at my scheduled appointment to find out that they had only one technician, the others had called out. Keisha was holding it together dealing with customers, the technicians, phone calls. I don't know how she did it, but she hustled to get me out within 45 minutes of my scheduled appointment. She is a rock star, multi tasking and keeping things moving. Thank you Keisha for handling my new tire installation so efficiently when you were severly under staffed.
I had a very good experience with Olivette Firestone. The manager Ron assisted me with all my car care needs. He was very professional and transparent about the condition my tires were in. He explained the oil change services to me and even recommended an alignment. I will continue to come here for the location but most importantly the great service.

Ron the store manager always goes above and beyond to make sure my car is well cared for and that I'm a happy camper and this time was no exception He not only got me a earlier appointment so I could get a tire put on but he also used his own gas and time to drive and make sure my tire was here when I arrived and I truly appreciated that!!!!!!!
