Response was very good. This business responds to its customers and strives to satisfy at all costs. The original visit to repair the gouges in my vintage teak desk turned out to be less than satisfactory after 24 hours of curing. After calling Furniture Medic back the very next day, Dinora, the office manager, was extremely kind and interested in making me satisfied. She immediately scheduled their technician, Ian, back for a second visit. Ian worked very diligently and produced a repair that is very similar to the aged patina of this ‘60’s desk.
