“Coming from a Lowe's fan, I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience working with William aka Curly! He has shown great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it pertained to the tools I needed assistance with. I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased.
