“We are grateful Precision was able to send a tech out on a Friday afternoon as our business needed hot water before a busy w/e. We were informed tech name & arrival time which was helpful. Dan, tech, did a great job of diagnosing our commercial hot water heater issues and repairing promptly. Even advised us about maintenance tips to preserve the longevity of our heaters. Very pleased & relieved. Thank you Dan!”
