“My air conditioner fan stopped working late yesterday afternoon. Called and left a message, also called the emergency line and talked with a gentleman who made some suggestions and set up an appointment for today.
Received a text this morning telling me my appointment window, then another text telling me my technician was on his way. Received service before 8:30am. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck. Fixed and back in service before 9am.
No upsell, super friendly technician. Arrived, did his work and was done.
Will be using Hoock's from now on as my HVAC company.
