The team here was wonderful throughout the process and kept me in the loop with how the cats were doing when waking up from surgery. You can tell how much Dr. Christensen cares for each animal she interacts with from the moment she steps in the room!

“This place was like a God Send unbelievable. The young ladies at the front desk made our dog feel like family.
Held our dog and made him unbelievably calm which has never happened before. He was not afraid at all. Unreal, it was!
Then when we met Doctor he was like an angel fell from the sky. We have never had our pet treated like a human being in a dog vet office before.
He did all but blood pressure cup to him that a reg doctor does to a person in the office.
Check the ears , the heart , made sure no lumps were present .

“I brought my cat, Ming, here several times for routine care. They were always excellent with her and very gentle. I appreciate how honest and straightforward they are. I get hung up on details and Doctor Nieberg was very patient in explaining my cat’s health to me and going over approximate treatment costs. I was never upsold or pressured into anything. In fact I was talked out of dental cleaning—twice—because Ming didn’t need it. Having lost some of my own teeth I got a bit hung up on Ming’s oral care. It would have been easy to take my money for a procedure she didn’t need.

Ming had a sharp decline starting around the December holidays and we got exceptional help despite the everything being last minute and at the worst possible time. They did everything they could to help us. It took a lot of patience on their part to help me get a prescription filled on New Year’s Eve when I had very limited options due to everything closing early. They even were able to see her on very short notice when she developed some alarming symptoms. Saved us from another ER bill!

The staff genuinely care about cats and are good with stressing humans as well. The atmosphere is great and cozy. I can’t recommend City Cat Clinic enough.“

“My fam has been going to FAH for decades. Always received quality animal healthcare. Our little one was seen quickly and scheduled for a procedure quickly. The cost was quite reasonable compared to other places that were weeks out on the schedule. We just got home from the procedure and so far everything is going well.
Know there is a 4% add on if you are charging the bill. If this were mentioned anywhere other than a small handwritten note, meaning if it were not a surprise at checkout, this would've been 5 stars. This can be significant when paying for a whole surgery on a credit card.
Again, this has nothing to do with quality of care which has always been top notch. I would not hesitate to tell friends to go here, but I may prepare them a little.“
