My daughter had to bring her cat into the office on an emergency. They took her back, no questions asked. Unfortunately, they were not able to save her. 😭. The take away is the compassion that every single one in the office displayed. My daughter was devastated and they gave her all the time she needed to say goodbye. This cat was the best. You think the way she followed my daughter around and waited while she was in the bathroom, that she was a dog. Our hearts are broken. Thank you so much Howdershell Animal Clinic for your kindness and compassion during a difficult time. Thank you for trying to save sweet Rosa Belle.

I absolutely love the howdershell animal clinic team...I have not ran into one rude soul there in all my years of coming to this establishment. All 3 of dogs have been coming here since birth. We move to ballwin 6yrs ago. I did try a couple vets out by me when I moved out to ballwin and none were a fit...so I will keep diving the 45min to come here forever! Love you guys and thank you for everything!

I honestly can’t give this veterinary clinic a high enough review. Everyone there is amazing and has always been there for us during emergencies whenever one of our dogs or cats needed care.
The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarians are even better. I have a pit bull who is not friendly with anyone outside of our immediate family, and not once have they ever turned him away or treated him differently. They handle him with confidence, compassion, and respect, and somehow my dog trusts them enough to let them do what they need to do. If you knew my dog, you’d understand how remarkable that is.
