I was amazed at how they approached her, initially from a distance and at sitting level on the floor in our room. They spent far more time with her than any other vet has ever done and waited until she shyly approached them. They won her over and even though we are dealing with a tough case, she comes into the building on her own without having to coax her in with each visit. She rarely kisses anyone other than family on occasion, yet she has given soft kisses to the staff when they are working on her. I cannot be more impressed! Their staff is truly one of a kind!“

Our friends and family have switched their pet care to them.Our first interaction with Davis was when my younger lab needed an assessment for knee surgery. We were seen by Dr. Ring, whose thoroughness and thoughtfulness left an impression.Our next interaction was when our older lab faced a sudden health crisis. The clinics closer to us were unable to handle an emergency. Davis welcomed us immediately and provided a tech and a gurney to help get our dog into the building. Once again Dr. Ring attended. He guided us through the diagnosis and treatment options with compassion and clarity. He stayed by our side, allowing us the space to grieve privately after making the difficult decision. The technician was equally empathetic, handling administrative tasks with sensitivity. They even provided a thoughtful paw impression.A few days later, we received further evidence of their professionalism and genuine care when we received a signed card from the staff, with Bella's nose print and a personal note from Dr. Ring.We have since been back for other more routine dog care and had experience with other vets and techs. They all have been very professional and caring without breaking the bank.“

“I brought my very tiny, 4oz, lifeless foster kitten in to see Dr Jenner this week. Her technicians - Brittany & Haley gave her oxygen & heat support and Haley was able to place a lifesaving IV catheter in her nearly non-existent vein to give dextrose fluids. Dr. Jenner and her team saved Abby and she was able to go home on heat support & a high calorie diet. She is doing better after a couple days of monitoring & treatment.
