“We were visiting the area and didn’t know anyone. Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave early the next day so we had to board our dog. She was behind on some shots and the kennel would not take her. After some scrambling at 5:30 PM the night before we left Saint Charles animal Hospital came to the rescue and took care of our pup. They squeezed us in and solved our problem. They were courteous and kind! I highly recommend!!!“

Sad to say, curently we will no longer be going to them as we just put our dog to sleep. “Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion.
