“This place was like a God Send unbelievable. The young ladies at the front desk made our dog feel like family.
Held our dog and made him unbelievably calm which has never happened before. He was not afraid at all. Unreal, it was!
Then when we met Doctor he was like an angel fell from the sky. We have never had our pet treated like a human being in a dog vet office before.
He did all but blood pressure cup to him that a reg doctor does to a person in the office.
Check the ears , the heart , made sure no lumps were present .

My dogs, Normandy, MoJo Bay, and Cricket are all patients at this clinic. Chesterfield Veterinary Center has been in business in Chesterfield for decades, and is highly regarded!

A very kind staff, and very knowledgeable doctors make every visit a breeze. One of our dogs in particular, MoJo Bay, is a large Mastiff mix who is very timid, but the staff at this clinic have a stellar bedside manner and handle him perfectly.

“All of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr Canada and Dr Pritchett collaborated to give my Bella the best care. Bella is my sugar glider, and many exotic veterinarians do not treat them. This clinic has gone above and beyond to help me. From their regular to emergency services, they have been wonderful. They also have taken the time to respond to my questions via text. They truly care about Bella and my own well being. This is the best exotic veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have lived all over the country. I highly recommend them. “I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.“

“My fam has been going to FAH for decades. Always received quality animal healthcare. Our little one was seen quickly and scheduled for a procedure quickly. The cost was quite reasonable compared to other places that were weeks out on the schedule. We just got home from the procedure and so far everything is going well.
Know there is a 4% add on if you are charging the bill. If this were mentioned anywhere other than a small handwritten note, meaning if it were not a surprise at checkout, this would've been 5 stars. This can be significant when paying for a whole surgery on a credit card.
Again, this has nothing to do with quality of care which has always been top notch. I would not hesitate to tell friends to go here, but I may prepare them a little.“

“The technicians at West County Animal Clinic on Manchester were amazing! Our sweet 2 yr old mix is terrified of the vet and hates getting his nails cut. He becomes aggressive and most places I take him don’t know how to handle him. The lead tech and another technician, Lisa and Amy, were amazing! They knew just what to do and they did it quickly and lovingly. I’ve been on the hunt for a vet that doesn’t charge a crazy amount and also knows how to care for scared dogs.
