I know a couple people who work at Buildingstars. They say that the management team listens to employees opinions and they promote camaraderie and teamwork. They treat their employees well - they even give bonuses for milestone anniversaries! Some guy got like 2,500 bucks on his anniversary date. It sounds like its a really strong company that is financially sound and secure.
