“I received a flyer several months ago from Custom Remodeling that I saved because I was planning to redo my patio that was cracked and separating from the foundation. I called the office and requested someone call me back. I spoke with Priscilla she scheduled an estimate with Mr. Kelly. He surveyed the area, took some measurements and promised to get back with an estimate. I told him “how quick he responded with the estimate would determine if I would do the work with him”. The estimate was fair. Mr. Kelly got back to me several days later stating he could start the next day! I was surprised but ready to begin. His employees were very nice and friendly, willing to explain any details about the job. It took 3 days from tear-out to completion. They did an amazing job!!❤️?? They cleaned up the debris.
