Dorsett Foot & Body Spa offers excellent massage and overall experience. The massage was wonderful, with therapists who are very attentive and have perfect pressure for deep tissue and back walking. The staff are happy to help, addressing areas of pain and tension in a therapeutic yet relaxing way. The room was warm, clean, and very professional. Simple and easy to book with great value. Many guests describe it as the best massage in a very long time, feeling relaxed and highly recommend. People will absolutely be coming back.

I brought my friend for a birthday treat today as a last minute surprise and they seemed like they were happy to help us. The massage was wonderful for both of us! I would definitely come again.

I had never been to this Spa but was pleasantly surprised how good the masseuse Sophia was. She got all my knots, I had earlier practiced with 9-11 age football team and I was feeling it. I've had a lot of massages in STL, some are hit and miss but not Dorsett. I'll be back 😊

Tried This spot out as my usual massage place was booked, I’m glad I did! It’s closer to my home and the service and massage was amazing. Angel was very attentive and had the perfect pressure for the deep tissue and back walking.
