Could not let this day go by without giving a HUGE shout out to Grooms and tech Devin! While in the middle of a heat wave with a heat index of 115, our AC unit stopped running in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. We sent a desperate text to Grooms around midnight, and Devin was at our house by 8 that morning! He had us back up and running by 8:30! We cannot say enough great things about them and we're so grateful for them! Can't thank you guys enough!

Devin was right on time, ran a fancy diagnostic that pinpointed the issue and—bonus—ensured peace of mind, revealing that no other parts were going bad. He replaced the presently broken part on the spot, stayed through a wash cycle to ensure all worked perfectly and kept up great conversation during the wait. Now I may add my own voice to the choir singing Groom’s praise. Highly recommend!
Excellent service. Sent a text morning of appointment to see if they could also look at another item. They fixed my freezer which was the original call and also the added item quickly and correctly. Love Groom!
