10/10 would recommend to anybody! They explained everything so well to me, treated me like they’ve known me forever, and I even got my pups fecal results while I was there, and I was only there for 30-45 minutes! You even get a free simparica trio for your first visit! I absolutely loved this vet and all the staff!
Megan is just awesome. She never rushes through an appt, so if I have to wait a little longer due to another patient needing her attention, I do not mind. (I do not typically have to wait long either). She always listens to updates about my dog and answers my questions. My dog is very anxious at the vet and Megan & her staff are so patient and caring.
My extended family and their dogs have went to New Melle Animal Hospital for years now and we don’t plan on switching anytime soon.
We love New Melle Animal Hospital! Everyone is so caring and professional and they go above and beyond to take care of our dog and accommodate our needs. Our dog loves them so much she gets excited every time we get in the car to go! Thank you, New Melle Animal Hospital, for everything you do to keep our dog happy and healthy!
