I used Better Service for an AC repair and the service started with Kerri the office manager talking me thru all the steps then the repair professional coming out and talking me thru what was going on and why it was acting up. All around professional and amazing service all around! I never write reviews and was motivated to do so because I was super impressed. Would highly recommend for anyone having HVAC issues!
Better Service came out twice to see us, and both times, Jordan was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. He was thorough in locating the problem, and knew what he was doing. He ended up fixing two problems because he found a natural gas leak first and fixed that. Then he took care of our plumbing issue. He was hard-working and quick. All the time, he was very couteous and kind, explaining to us everything he did. I would call Better Service again in a heartbeat, and I will always ask for Jordan!!
These folks are great! They had to come behind a previous plumber that put 2 holes in the wall then "ghosted" me. Very professional and NICE! Cleaned up after themselves etc.
