Jordan Richardson arrived on time and was very professional and polite from the moment he stepped in our door. Jordan gave us an excellent explanation of what was happening with our unit and a super helpful analogy. And when he was finished he explained everything very thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with his service and Academy as a whole. Double 5 stars for me!“
