“Tech was really nice but the prices were INSANE. I understand not giving estimates based on what a customer thinks is wrong but when you know you charge to diagnose a toilet then that price should be disclosed. It was $359 to pull a toilet up and diagnose it plus $500 if it was blocked plus $300 for a new flange.
Update: Austin called and refunded our service call and offered to come out to and install a new toilet which we learned is what we needed if we purchased the toilet and had it on site. He was really good to work with. We don't expect to get something for nothing. We simply couldn't afford the quotes we were given and preferred not to have someome come out if our budget wouldn't cover their quote. They not only apologized but went out of their way to help us. I'd recommend them. Most companies wouldn't do what they did. I was honestly speechless when he called. We can't thank Austin and Cardinal enough.”
