Ciara, Justin, Keisha, and Maddie were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind, humorous, and went out of their way to help us! My husband and stepson got eyeglasses, and I got eyeglasses and contacts. All of these processes were seamless even as they happened on different days, and my husband even ended up returning both frames because they weren't comfortable the way he originally thought. Again - a SEAMLESS and easy going process! Both Ciara and Justin (and even with some help from Maddie and Keisha) worked out which plans with insurance and discounts would be best for all of our separate benefits. Ciara helped me figure out what glasses would fit my wants, while also helping me figure out which frames look the best! They truly went out of their way. We will never go anywhere else for our vision needs, specifically because of the amazing customer service from start to finish. Thank you all so much for being so great to us.
