There was an elderly gentleman in the office today who was having a hard time accepting that he needs new glasses to renew his driver’s license. She was extremely patient, helpful, and kept him calm. She handled his frustration so well he gave in a decided to get those glasses. Lol! You don’t see people have patience with the elderly like this much anymore. She’s a gem!“
