Today was my first visit to Midwest Eye Associates. The first thing I noticed was how quickly I was greeted, checked in, and on my way to better vision. Within 5 minutes, I was having my eyes tested with the latest equipment and speaking with highly trained associates about my concerns and current issues. Friendly, courteous, and patient with me and my dry humor, I was prepped and ready for the doctor surprisingly quickly. Great team at a great location. I’ve been seeing Dr. Byergo for many years and he’s always treated me well, as have Lisa and Kelley. It’s always a pleasure to see them again.
I had a very thorough eye exam with the knowledgeable team at Midwest Eye Associates and Dr. Schmidt, OD. The office was exceptionally clean, and every staff member I interacted with — from reception, to the technician, to the doctor — was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Schmidt took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I would happily recommend them to others and will definitely return in the future.
