Jack was the team technician. Very pleased with his work. Fixed the humidifier that was leaking. It has been about 2 hours now and all seems good. No leak!
Update 6/2026 after an unexpected flood we reached back out to Ideal Temp for emergency estimates and replacement. They scheduled within 20 minutes to come out and do the eval next day (on a weekend )and beat the insurance company's recommended estimate. So glad we reached back out to them.
TL;DR: Fast, reasonably priced, no pushy sales tactics, through. 5/5 would recommend.
Our furnace decided to die right before subzero temps were supposed to arrive, but Ideal Temp was great. They came out same day, had a flat rate diagnostic price (and Matt spent 2+ hours checking everything) and were polite and explained everything without trying to upsell constantly.
