Our AC unit went out yesterday afternoon and we realized what happened yesterday evening. We called Ideal Temp’s office around 9 pm and they had a tech at our house at 8 am this morning. They were quick to diagnose the issue and quick to get the job done! The techs that were here, Ethan and Morgan, were very kind and down to Earth as well and willing to help us out in anyway they could. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing a maintenance plan or their unit serviced!

Update 6/2026 after an unexpected flood we reached back out to Ideal Temp for emergency estimates and replacement. They scheduled within 20 minutes to come out and do the eval next day (on a weekend )and beat the insurance company's recommended estimate. So glad we reached back out to them.
TL;DR: Fast, reasonably priced, no pushy sales tactics, through. 5/5 would recommend.
Our furnace decided to die right before subzero temps were supposed to arrive, but Ideal Temp was great. They came out same day, had a flat rate diagnostic price (and Matt spent 2+ hours checking everything) and were polite and explained everything without trying to upsell constantly.

Top notch service! Jared arrived on time and really went the extra mile to pinpoint the issue I was having and serviced it right away. He told me what to look out for in the future and even gave me tips to stop it from happening again. He didn’t just try to upsell me like other techs have in the past. Great experience, highly recommend!
