It’s a drive for us in emergencies as we are in St. Charles but it is so worth it. Pricing is justifiable and they always give you a quote of what to expect. This vet has seen my dogs at all aspects. Sick, emergencies, IVDD and chiropractor visits, and through death. They are always helpful, make time for pets to be seen when emergencies happen, and were very thoughtful and caring when we dealt with the death of our 16 year old lab last month. Our chiweenie was sick today and they allowed her to stay to be monitored as I was nervous to leave her home while I was at work. Deja, Boujee, and Bosley (?) thank the vets, vet techs, and other staff for all they’ve done for them.“

Dr. Beckman is very in tune with her and always determines exactly what her issues are. She is elderly, losing her hearing and sight but she feels very comfortable with Dr. Beckman and her assistant. I’m quite confident with our relationship.“

I felt confident in their care almost immediately when Darla (our RVT) reviewed all of my dog’s medical history in detail, and in a way that made me believe that was not the first time she was looking at his file. My appointment did not feel rushed, and I do think the cost was fair for the services and expertise I received. I left feeling less overwhelmed dealing with my dog’s recent cancer diagnosis and was grateful Dr. Rippy sent an email with a summary of the visit/treatment options that was also VERY detailed.
