The members, instructors, & staff have all been so kind & welcoming to me. You belong here too!“
“I just left my first class at Premier Pilates, a mat Pilates class instructed by Hannah. It was great! The space is bright, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Hannah was a fun instructor, and I felt appropriately challenged during class and comfortable with her teaching. I’ll definitely be back for more mat and reformer classes in the future!“

She is fun but very professional. The studio is large, bright and clean. I would highly recommend her“

“When I moved to STL last year, finding a new Pilates studio was intimidating. But not when I found Boom!! I have been going here regularly since and it is such an encouraging and supportive environment. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They are here to support you at any level of your Pilates journey — group classes are still personalized and intimate and the culture is not competitive at all. Love!“
