“Eddie was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable about the products. He took his time to explain everything. Eddie has a really good sense humor and very easy to talk to.
Project Coordinator, Pam called on Monday to go over the rooms we were having to replace and cost of floors. Maureen called to let me know the installers were snowed in and will come on Tuesday. The installers, Kyle and Dylan did a fantastic job from start to finish. They swept up all debris. Maureen called the beginning of job started, middle and towards the end of job to check on how the floors were coming. Maureen did a wonderful job! We love our new floor. Thank you, Refloor! We will definitely refer you guys to our family and friends! ?”

“Our entire experience was excellent. Jeremy was easy to work with and helped us select a beautiful floor. Allison was very responsive with questions and scheduling. The installation of the flooring and baseboards was perfect. Definitely plan on using them in the future for the rest of our house.”
