I called this company from finding it on Google. How truly lucky I was!!! The people at this company still care and treat people with kindness and respect. I would give WAY MORE STARS if it allowed.

I don't always put a lot of stock in reviews but I have to put this out there. I had Kelby come to check a piece of siding that came loose. He was so beyond helpful and professional, but still personable. I can't honestly say enough good things about him. He was patient and quick and was just amazing!!!

“I met with Eric to discuss gutter options. I explained the problems to him and showed him a video of the gutters during a rain storm. He was patient, attentive and thorough. He is a great listener. After he examined the gutter system and watched the videos, he recommended getting new downspouts. He said the fix was an easy one for a homeowner. He told me what materials I would need and where to purchase them. Eric is honest and kind, truly the best qualities anyone could ask for in a sales person. I appreciated his candor so much. I will DEFINITELY go to Roofs R Us for any roofing or gutter needs in the future. Eric's level of honesty and helpfulness is rare in today's world!“

“We had some hail damage last year and after some research and comparing other roofing companies, we decided Tacheny had the best track record with our insurance (state farm) and therefore had the best chance for a successful claim. Nate did the initial inspection and was my main point of contact throughout the process. His first inspection was detailed and thorough. He was able to find not only damage on the roof, but the gutters and regretfully our new window wraps. He was upfront with us from the beginning and said we had a good chance of getting a claim pushed through, but he couldn’t guarantee it. After a lot of back and forth with insurance and a re-inspection from another adjuster we finally got the roof claim approved along with gutters and wraps.

At this point it was a combination of working with Nate and his team to schedule the work to be done. As soon as the weather was warm enough, his crew came out and replaced the entire roof in 1 day! They came by the next morning to finish the garage and then the gutters and window wraps were done soon after that. One of the best things I liked about Tacheny is that they stand by their work. Nate and various guys came back out to address and fix little issues as they popped up throughout the process and they did multiple inspections/walkthroughs. Not only that, but they come back out in a year to make sure everything is working as it should.

One note, if you are located in a hail damage area, in my opinion… It's worth upgrading to class 4 shingles, you can save on your insurance premium and the extra cost gave us peace of mind that our roof could withstand some brutal hailstorms. Case in point, a few weeks after the installation was complete we had another hail storm and our roof was fine and Tacheny even came out to inspect to make sure. Overall, a solid experience, Thanks Nate and Tacheny for your hard work!“

We were referred to Sandstrom Windows because they've been successfully doing window replacements for many owners. The whole process went precisely as laid out by Chad Sandstrom at inception. This included the expected time for fabrication and availability, the installation appointment (on time and efficient), the paint touch up. The windows went in just ahead of an extreme heat warning. Our western exposure had previously resulted in hot afternoons. We now have superb heat and sound insulation. Windows are a major expenditure so who wants drama once you dig down into your checking account? Sandstrom was professional. Really cool literally and figuratively.“
