“After a hail storm damaged the roof on our commercial property in Chisago City, Matt and the Buildtec team handled the full roof replacement, and we couldn't be happier. Matt was responsive from the first call, honest about the scope and cost, and easy to work with through the whole process. His crew did clean, quality work and finished on schedule. We'd hire him again without hesitation. They also helped navigate through the insurance claim as well.”
“We first met Kevin and Gage from Riverside Roofing when they installed the decorative lighting on our home. They did such an outstanding job that when it came time to replace our roof, there was no question who we wanted to call.
From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Kevin and Gage were professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Their communication was outstanding—they kept us informed throughout the project, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work on schedule.
What impressed us most was their attention to detail. They took great care to protect our property, made sure every aspect of the roof installation was completed with precision, and left the job site spotless when they were finished.
The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and our new roof looks fantastic. It’s clear that Kevin and Gage take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We highly recommend Riverside Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that delivers quality work and outstanding service. We’re grateful to have found them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”
“Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. Highly recommended!!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage”
