In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. “This is my second time using Dubois ABC gutters on my current home. Entire house with 2 story walk-out, not an easy job especially during the Nov/Dec. I have had nothing but great experiences. Most credit goes to two installers, Jake and Nate. Both are very professional, courteous, efficient and high level of quality. Called about a leak, came out the next day and it was fixed(ended up being roof flashing and not the gutter). Ask for them, you won’t be disappointed. Hard to find this kind of skilled trades anymore. A+++!!“

“Overall Mayday did a great job with our exterior work (roofing, window trim, and gutters). They had great service and the quality of the build is top notch. The only constructive feedback I'd have is that the communication was a bit lackluster. I reached out multiple times over the course of a couple weeks and didn't get any responses. I realize that they were very busy, but even a quick text back would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, I think they provide an excellent service and I would use them again. (and I bet their communication would be better as our work was done during the frenzy of the hailstorm stuff)“
