The staff is very helpful, friendly and always willing to help with any questions. They easily and quickly were able to go into my records for appointments and other history if I needed. Katie Hands was familiar with my history and always considered other areas of my body while working on a particular exercise . She considered my requests and took the time to answer my questions and restate her comments if I did not understand. She would even go through the exercise while I made a video of her with my phone.
