I recently had my routine yearly checkup at Allina health Shoreview clinic facility, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire staff, including the doctor, was not only friendly but also highly skilled, which made the entire process incredibly easy. Regular checkups and annual medical tests have played a crucial role in keeping me on the track to good health. At the age of forty, I'm feeling fit and healthy, and I owe a big thanks to the medical team for their excellent care and support. Keep up the great work!

Staff were overworked but still friendly and attentive after I got through the gatekeepers scheduling me for the incorrect service. I did not need to be seen by a provider before my vaccination, there was confusion over system protocol which shouldn’t have included me. It was a waste of my time and hers, though I saw her for two minutes. Certainly not patient centered care. Too many significant barriers to care access.

Providers are good listeners and will help address immediate concerns. Often takes weeks to get in to see next availabel provider for non urgent concerns; up to six weeks to see my primary provider, even remotely. For complex issues or ongoing concerns, be prepared to advocate for your needs and seek care outside this health care system.
