“Sam Lickteig has helped me out so much over the years. With his vast knowledge on how the human body works, both from a recovery standpoint and a training standpoint. He has helped me recuperate from multiple types of injuries such as my throwing shoulder (baseball pitcher), low back, lower body calf, and hip.

Anytime you need more extensive soft tissue muscular rehab work.He is the guy to go to.
