“When I bought a small home (cottage, built in 1920), it needed a lot of work. I started with paint. I decided to be totally open to suggestions even though I had my own ideas. Leslie was extremely helpful by actually listening to me and my thoughts and ideas. She began to challenge me with some other ideas, as she shared her knowledge of color. She suggested a color that I never would have even thought of! She was looking at the floor color (that I didn't love, but wasn't planning to change) and how we could compliment the floor color by using a specific color for the walls. I decided to try a sample to see if I could really understand what she was saying. I couldn't believe that I loved it! And, it helped me to actually like the floor color. Needless to say, I went with her choice and couldn't be happier! Leslie's knowledge, listening skills, and desire for me to LOVE the outcome was so evident when I worked with her. His patience and flexibility were appreciated. His bids were affordable and we were happy he was able to fit us in his schedule within just a few weeks. His crew was always on time in the morning ready to start, and they worked hard the entire time they were here. I also appreciated how friendly and approachable they were - my kids were home during a full day of installation and Pat's crew was kind, even though I know they were in the way at least a few times.
