“Christian was very helpful in choosing flooring for my whole house renovation.I chose their City Crave Glasgow. Their delivery crew was helpful, placing the boxes in several different areas of the house, so it was convenient for installation. I found this flooring to be much higher quality than what I've purchased from other companies in the past. Average board length is longer, with a good mix of lengths and coloration, and very few cosmetic flaws. I will definitely work with Unique Wood Floors again.“

“SO HAPPY! We had to redo our basement because of a mold issue and hired The Concrete Guy to put in polished, stained concrete. It’s BEAUTIFUL! I never thought I would be so excited about flooring. We chose polished concrete because it’s low toxic and very durable. I want this in my entire house! Caleb, who did most of the work, was absolutely amazing. Matt was very easy to communicate with. “Dashaun was great to work with at Flooring Expo. He came to our house with samples, measured quickly and was able to get a quote on the spot. I opted for a Mohawk SmartStrand carpet with 1/2" pad. I did receive another quote which was less, but Dashaun matched their bid. The install team was courteous, on time, and treated our home and furnishings like their own. Our whole home was completed in one day. Highly recommend!“
“Chad and his crew did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors, using the oil-based system that will last us for decades once again. Along with the stripping and refinishing, some flooring was added to spots where old vents had been removed. These areas are feathered in and match perfectly with the existing wood. The crew worked seamlessly with our schedule, as we had whole-house painting done first, with floors started on Monday of the following week; so all rooms could be cleared of furniture for both projects, and then put back together. We are so happy with our fresh, beautiful floors, and to have found someone who still uses the lasting OIL-BASED products that we can keep looking fresh and new on our own, with the same polyurethane infused cleaners we have used in the past.☆☆☆A quality product and professional job by Chad and his crew.☆☆☆ All for a fraction of the cost others were quoting to use different products that wouldn't be lasting nearly as long!“

We got in touch and within a few months, I had the kitchen of my dreams totally within my budget! The staff helped me pick new flooring for the entrance and kitchen, beautiful Cambria countertops, paint colors, backsplash tiles and lighting! In addition to helping me plan the look, they found people to remove the old and install the new floors, electrical, lights, sink, faucets, tiles and blinds! I cannot speak highly enough about all the employees, the Hertaus family and all the installers they provided. I felt like a favorite customer and that everyone really was happy to be working on my project and helping me. The team at Hertaus is simply the best!“

“Cory of Carlson Improvements recently installed Karndean Van Gogh French Oak planks (ordered through Prosource) in my home and I’m thrilled with the quality of his work, as well as the fact that I was able to both live and work from home while he worked.From the start, I was impressed by the promptness of returning my call and answering any questions I had ahead of the job. He coordinated the order for supplies with Prosource to ensure he had everything lined up for the job. I appreciated that he went room by room, finishing one before starting the next, allowing me the flexibility to move furniture rather packing up my whole place and moving out.Cory was meticulous with ensuring the patterns on the vinyl planks looked good and were not repeating too close to any similar planks. He was able to lay the flooring through the doorways flawlessly without transitions. He removed and reinstalled the existing trim boards to work with the heigh of the new floors and finished them with caulking. It really makes the place look amazing. He was also remarkably tidy both with removal of the previous flooring and cleaning up dust, tools, and supplies before he left each day.Overall, working with Cory was a great experience and I’d highly recommend him!“

“Had beautiful Shaw carpet, Color Statement II, installed on 2 levels of our house through Floor Coverings International and Matt S worked with us and was wonderful throughout the whole process.Matt was professional and knowledgeable and patiently listened to our concerns and carefully guided us in choosing the right color, carpet brand, and carpet quality. He made several trips to our house with different samples for us to consider.The carpet was installed on the exact dates promised.The installers were amazing workers. They did a beautiful job stretching the carpet; there is absolutely no rippling or buckling and the finishing all around the perimeters are outstanding.They vacuumed all the floors at the end and swept up the garage as well, where they had stored the discarded and new carpet and pad.We did, however, have great concerns about a seam that was placed 6" in front of two doorways instead of straight under them, and also some other seams that were showing too much to our liking, and shared this with Matt. He arranged for a seam specialist to come right away, and after this specialist worked his magic, one could only see the seams when actively looking for them.Due to our unhappiness about the "misplaced" seams, Matt worked with us and adjusted the final cost so we would come away from the total experience as satisfied and happy customers.The important lesson learned here is to ask questions ahead of installation where the seams will go, and anything else one might wonder about; I will certainly ask for a drawing of the layout next time so there will be no surprises after all is said and done. But I'm trustful that will not need to happen any time soon.Thank you, Matt and your team, for all your hard and excellent work. We love our new carpet!“
