Legacy Exteriors (Case Arkell and Dan Sedlacek) really went to bat for me in dealing with my insurance company. In short, a hail claim for roofing was approved for spots to “repair”, not a full replacement. Total mismatch on shingles where repairs were made. Even after denial on mismatch shingles, Case diligently worked with the insurance company and got the rest of the roof covered. Throughout, it was all business, customer focus, professionalism, and open communication. They’re definitely not storm chasers at Legacy, and the work and effort they put into this job proved it. We had storm damage to our roof and siding. Thanks to a coworker of mine, he highly recommended Dan and Legacy Exteriors. Dan made the process easy to navigate from dealing with the insurance adjuster, to selecting our new roof and siding to the finished product. The crew who did the roof and siding were some of the hardest, efficient and quality workers I've ever seen. Dan's follow-up with us post project was very professional and courteous. Would we use Legacy Exteriors, LLC again? You had better believe it! We have a house that is not only beautiful, but also well protected from the elements.
