“Roni Adams from the Eagan/Apply Valley Servpro location gave me useful advice and spent a while explaining options even though it became clear early in our encounter that there wasn't going to be any work in my situation for him/Servpro.I had some water damage related to a pipe leak on an upper floor and was uncertain of how big of an issue it was. I talked to a plumber (who fixed the source of the issue) and he recommended a second guy to consider restoration work. THAT guy wanted to rip out two floors and other things beginning that night, which would rather clearly have been insurance fraud in my mind given I had little more than one eight-inch bubble in my ceiling.Roni gave me a balanced view of the issue and its possible relation on mold, appearance, etc despite not even being paid for the free inspection. He also gave advice on what was worth trying to do myself to decrease my bill for a contractor to replace sheet rock in the future.Very helpful and recommended for anyone trying to figure out the scope of a water issue.“
