Roni Adams from the Eagan/Apply Valley Servpro location gave me useful advice and spent a while explaining options even though it became clear early in our encounter that there wasn't going to be any work in my situation for him/Servpro.I had some water damage related to a pipe leak on an upper floor and was uncertain of how big of an issue it was. I talked to a plumber (who fixed the source of the issue) and he recommended a second guy to consider restoration work. THAT guy wanted to rip out two floors and other things beginning that night, which would rather clearly have been insurance fraud in my mind given I had little more than one eight-inch bubble in my ceiling.Roni...read full review
Our laundromat recently experienced a dryer fire. I called ServPro the day of the fire. The very next morning , Cliff was at our laundromat mapping out a plan and organizing his team . His cleaning crew worked all weekend cleaning and mitigating the pungent smell of the fire. Whenever I had a question Cliff always answered my calls. I highly recommend this company. They got us up and running in no time.
