Family on the way from out of town. Bedroom items in the living room, when a dreaded text informs me that my appointment has been cancelled. It is a Sunday, 9am. I’m calling every number I can on the list to reschedule for the day. Finally, Jason McKee answers. I explain to him my predicament. He says he’s at his parents house and if I don’t mind him being out of uniform he’ll be on his way. Jason did a phenomenal job! He explained the products being used and the drying process.The carpet was throughly cleaned. It looked even better than before we moved in. He also cleaned a personal rug at no additional charge.
