“From the first phone call to inquire about and schedule carpet cleaning, Mike (owner) was responsive and professional. He confirmed the appointment again the day before, and let me know when he was on his way here the day of the appointment. He knew just by looking at the carpet that it was wool (wool blend) and explained how he would clean it differently than other carpet to reduce any chance of shrinkage. I showed him some spots where fibers had been scratched or snagged by our cat and they were careful around them, doing no further damage. Our kitchen cabinets were refaced with cherry wood, which is kind of soft and easy to mark. There were no marks left at the bases of the cabinets where the dining room carpet was cleaned. The entry stairs were the biggest issue and they turned out beautifully! No more graying from years of traffic and no more lighter spots on them from my spot cleaning efforts. He and his son worked really well and efficiently together.“

“Woke up at 5 am on a Sunday to find a sink waterline on our main level had broken and portions of our main level and finished basement had standing water. Filed an online claim at 6:30 am and Rainbow International called me by 8:00 am indicating I would see a crew at my home within two hours. Jonathan arrived before 10 am and took the time to explain the process and how they needed to proceed.
