I called FCI for a 2nd opinion after getting a bid for a tile repair that felt really high. It turns out, the original bid misdiagnosed the actual issue and after examining the tile in that bathroom and another that had a similar issue, FCI made the repairs for 20% of what the original bid was. It's nice to have contractors I can trust. I'm already referring them to anyone in my network who needs it. Also notable, as a franchisee-owned business, the owner is involved. He personally came to the initial visit with his team and personally followed up afterwards. I'm in the franchise industry, and can tell you that that kind of involvement means quality work is going to be done. A+. I wish I could give more stars.“

He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted in flooring. He was great. We had the flooring installed on September 3-4 this year. The reason I gave 4 stars was the fact that they came up short with the flooring and it ended up having to be ordered and it was on back order. The communication could be a little more better. Was frustrating at times because I was not getting answers as to when it would be done. Well, today 10/3 it did get done and once again the installer who came out was awesome. Got it done in less than an hour and even fixed a little issue he noticed. Would I work with Flooring Expo again. Absolutely. Maybe some better communication, but everything else made up for it.
