The staff here are patient and understand his energy and deep neeeeeed for everyone’s attention (he’s super outgoing). He’s always excited to go to the Vet and see his friends. And when they discovered he had an aggressive cancerous tumor that burst, they communicated every option and the likelihood of every option's success. When we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye, they did everything to make both him and me comfortable in his last moments. “This place is HEAVEN SENT, I have never encountered such fine group of people, every single staff members.my family and I had to face the harsh reality of having to put our doggie down ( Pinky ). Very rough time for our family. With that being said, this group made that experience as best it could possibly be, Dr. Stefan Knep took great care of us and our pup. He really has a heart of gold if you ask me. Couldn't believe how natural his concern was after what we had been through with other vets. “Excellent veterinary care and caring staff. The clinic is always clean and smells nice, no year after year of ingrained animal smell like other clinics.My cat is fearful and gets loud doesn't usually get aggressive though but vet visits are still stressful. The staff here is patient and knows tricks (like tasty treats) to help the process go smoothly and my cat did let them give an exam even though she loudly protested. They gave me some fresh gabapentin to give to her before the next visit so she's even more comfortable.Overall I highly recommend this clinic especially if you have a cat that's fearful“
