“AMAZING SERVICE! They were the 3rd service provider I had out to fix a frozen sewer line and the first one that was able to fix it and in less than an hour!!! My line was frozen for 4 days and I had different plumbers out daily that spent hours trying to fix it. Cutting Edge is a family business - professional, friendly, efficient, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for their help and definitely recommend 1000%. Also, important to note - they have a steamer!!! Which is apparently impossible to find. If you have a frozen sewer line do not waste time calling other organizations, even the larger well-known companies do not have steamers or provide steam service to dethaw. Thank you Cutting Edge!“

“Had couple valves replaced with ball valves, sump pump test and had old water heaters replaced by Weld & Sons Plumbing.

Today, James & Marcus came out at the prescribed appointment time. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship. They are very fast, efficient and knowledgeable! They even welcomed me to watch them work, took the time to explain to me their work flow and at the end how the new water heaters work.

“New furnace 1-2 years ago, and recently a new AC. Regarding both experiences plus a couple earlier problems: The Quality of Service in all measurable categories was superlative, and it was a pleasure to engage them. I wish Jeff Johnson were my neighbor.

I once compared prices and found them somewhere in the mid-range, I think. Okay, fine----but is getting a 'great' bargain something you want when searching for a surgeon? The price rating systems don't tell me much, unless some outfit's prices are so off-the-charts they include a catered lunch. My criteria include those intangible qualities of professional and personal integrity that only be recognized by seeing them firsthand---and I have. This could be edited and made more coherent, perhaps, but I think you get the point. I just know I can count on you when needed---though I hope that isn't too often. Thanks.“
