We started out getting estimates from three companies. Two of them ghosted us. They came to see the house, meet us, and talked about the process. And then we never heard anything from them again. Collins stood out from the very beginning. Not only did we actually get an estimate from them, they answered our follow up questions and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable with the process.
I appreciated getting their regular emails that detailed their schedule for the coming weeks. It was nice to see what order we were in and when we could expect them. When it was our turn, the communication was great. Manny, the project manager, was with us every step of the way letting us know what to expect. We got daily updates and pictures from his drone showing the progress each day.
They started on a Tuesday and the new roof was completed two days later. The crew worked their buns off from sun up to sun down each day. It was amazing. Friday morning was the final walkthrough with Manny. The whole experience was easy and hassle-free thanks to the Collins team!! We absolutely love our beautiful new roof!
Kimberly Hanlon was very thorough in helping me understand how to set up my will and have peace of mind on how to handle my assets. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to set up a will or trust and secure your estate plan.
Our sweet pup had a sudden decline in her health and staff and vets quickly accommodated putting her down so she did not have to suffer. They were so kind and attentive and supported it being a peaceful, loving and to her life.
AMAZING SERVICE! They were the 3rd service provider I had out to fix a frozen sewer line and the first one that was able to fix it and in less than an hour!!! My line was frozen for 4 days and I had different plumbers out daily that spent hours trying to fix it. Cutting Edge is a family business - professional, friendly, efficient, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I am beyond grateful for their help and definitely recommend 1000%. Also, important to note - they have a steamer!!! Which is apparently impossible to find. If you have a frozen sewer line do not waste time calling other organizations, even the larger well-known companies do not have steamers or provide steam service to dethaw. Thank you Cutting Edge!

Avery, Jenny, et.al. have proven themselves to be prompt and responsive pros; personable and extremely competent at every step as they walked me through my legal journey. My appointment was 8/25/25 with Ann! (Who is an amazing, patient, loving and very knowledgeable about her craft)The price was waaayyyyy affordable for the services I received. I basically had to restart my locs. The wash was amazing as well. I ENDED up getting inner Loc’d and a fresh start to healthy loc journey! I am forever grateful and extremely pleased with the entire experience. Anyone that needs loc care with love and respect; THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! I WILL BE BACK FOR THE REST OF MY LOC JOURNEY

As a business owner, there are a lot of moving parts with taxes and compliance, and Oscar did an excellent job breaking things down clearly and thoughtfully.

We did a complete basement remodel with Bluestem earlier this year. The design process was pleasant and our designer, Jen, was very engaged and helpful throughout the process. We had never done a remodel before so the hands on approach was appreciated. Our lead carpenter, David, was also super communicative and respectful throughout the entire four month process.
Where Bluestem has struggled most was on the back end with closing out the last few punch list items before the project was closed out and the subsequent warranty requests. We've had paint touchups that haven't been completed for four months and we can go weeks without hearing from them on the status of our inquiries. It appears that once they have all of your money from the project, you're deprioritized pretty aggressively with their attention and resources.
Overall, I'd still recommend them but it's a shame that we couldn't have had a consistent experience throughout the entirety of the remodel process.
I had such an amazing experience at this salon. The staff was so warm and welcoming. I felt right at home. Cindy helped me pick a gel polish color that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, it started cracking within just a few days. At first, it gave off a pretty crackle effect, but it eventually cracked and chipped off most of my nails. I’m not sure if the polish was old or what, but it was pretty disappointing. Still the service itself was top-notch. I’d definitely consider coming back next time I’m in town.
