Contacted them to inquire about their services and they never returned my call. Followed up with an email via their web form which was not returned either. Not impressed by a business that can't be bothered to return calls.

Do not hire at any cost. Tom Rosen admitted in writing that he made a $16,000 mistake on my taxes, yet refuses to take responsibility for the penalties and interest. His response: "I owe you money....sue me!". I'd hire a third-grader before I trusted Rosen with my taxes. I'll be filing an ethics complaint and following his guidance for the last time: I will be suing.

We have worked with Frederick & Rosen since our company started business over 40 years ago. We trust them completely and they have always been responsive to our needs. I highly recommend them.
