Collins Roofing did a terrific job on our new roof. We requested a bid for a complete tear off and new install late in the season, and they were able to do the work, even though other companies said that roofing would have to wait until spring. Their price was fair, and they worked very quickly. They also immediately responded and addressed a minor issue that arose a few months after the job was complete. We are very pleased with our new roof—it looks great!

I had a good experience with the Metal Roof Company. They did what they said they would do. They spent time coordinating with an insulation company that would do work before the roof work was started. That included venting. Some small changes from the first plan were made at my request without any problems at an additional price that was agreed to before hand. The roof has been on for two years now with no problems. It was always planned that solar panels would be added in the future and were put on the next year. That design of metal roof easily permitted the panels to be added. In what can be a tough area to get any sort of contractor help here on the North Shore, The Metal Roof Company crew performed a fantastic install on my cabin.They were transparent at all times about when the install would happen, any issues or delays in schedule, etc.At the last minute, less than a week before install, I asked to replace one skylight and cut out/install another. Without hesitation they made this happen, and were able to work with me to keep my proposed $ amount for the job the same.6 months post-install I have zero issues, and get compliments on the look all the time.
