“Zac and Seth are amazing! They helped us a while back with a door renovation in our 10,000 sq.ft. commercial daycare. They were awesome then too!! So when we needed a company to help us remodel our 10,000 sq.ft. basement at the center (more classrooms, staff rooms, indoor gym) it was an easy choice! Zac responds to all of my questions quickly, he’s super patient (even though we change our minds constantly, and have no idea about construction), and he’s helped us with so many things that weren’t even his job to do. Seth would come out at the drop of a hat if we had a question, and walk us through everything if we needed it. He took care of everything! “Ted Anselme did a great job for us, he did for us a very large 12 feet high kitchen cabinetry, plus all other wood cabinets around the house, bathrooms, mezzanine, mud room and a fireplace piece with boards to the ceiling, all of it birch, and he did a great job, his price was very reasonable, and he is very easy to work with, he is a very well kept secret. Our interior designer has been using him exclusively for 20 years.“

“I asked Ulmer Construction to help with a bathroom and kitchen remodel. I had an idea of what I wanted for both but was very much so a duck in a large pond. Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. And although there were setbacks outside of their control from lumber and material restrictions, they were able to finish ahead of time. I am looking forward to working with Ulmer Construction for future projects. 10 stars up!“

Angel and his crew came out super quickly and did an excellent job repairing the mortar and replacing the flashing and ice and water damn around the chimney. The new mortar looks great and I was really happy with the quality of their work and the price was reasonable I highly recommend Landi Construction!“
