So when we needed a company to help us remodel our 10,000 sq.ft. basement at the center (more classrooms, staff rooms, indoor gym) it was an easy choice! Zac responds to all of my questions quickly, he’s super patient (even though we change our minds constantly, and have no idea about construction), and he’s helped us with so many things that weren’t even his job to do. Seth would come out at the drop of a hat if we had a question, and walk us through everything if we needed it. He took care of everything! They both made sure that everything went smooth and the end result looks fabulous!! “We had a leak in our roof as a result of crumbling mortar in our chimney. Angel and his crew came out super quickly and did an excellent job repairing the mortar and replacing the flashing and ice and water damn around the chimney. The new mortar looks great and I was really happy with the quality of their work and the price was reasonable I highly recommend Landi Construction!“
