“Kestner Construction is founded on character and integrity with master class skills in construction.
Lightning struck the electrical mast in our 100 year old house causing fire in an upstairs bedroom and the roof. The smoke and water damage covered the upstairs 3 bedrooms and 3 rooms downstairs. He repaired and reshingled the roof. The asbestos siding was abatement was performed along with the two layers of cedar siding behind the asbestos and new siding installed. The lathe and plaster and insulation on both floors had to be removed along with the knob and tube wiring that was destroyed. All new wiring, insulation, drywall and paint were required. All new wood flooring was installed in the upstairs 3 bedrooms with all wood floors upstairs and downstairs sanded and refinished. The floor joists and studs had to be upgraded to meet current building code requirements. He constructed kitchen cabinets to replicate what was there initially. Ryan dealt with the insurance company throughout (three different adjustors) through the entire construction process of 14 months (the insurance company was difficult to deal with through the first 6 months. We now have a beautiful new 100 year old house!!“

“As part of a larger project at my condo association, Crossroad Construction installed Pella sliding glass door and bedroom window. From the initial visit from Nick in February, to the installation in July and communication from Katie in between, I was very happy with the customer service I received. The 2-man crew was on time, completed work early and cleaned up after. When I was concerned about the height of the screen door, Katie had Pancho return the following day to adjust it. Overall, very satisfied with my new Pella windows and Crossroad Construction doing the work.“

Colin came over and walked through each room and offered advice on possible options for both. Options that I did not think of but with his description, could tell Colin's vision coming to shape in my home. He was always prompt with my questions concerning the project. His team were prompt and responsible when they came to my house. The job site was always clean. And although there were setbacks outside of their control from lumber and material restrictions, they were able to finish ahead of time.
