“Dr. Taylor and her team are excellent caregivers to our feline family member! All are positive, professional and very thorough in their approach to care. Our cat has a health issue that requires a daily medication, and the clinic always has been quick with our prescription requests. If a health concern has arose, they have been very clear and communicated our options. Communication during our cat’s dental procedure and our take home consultation were very timely and thorough. Our front desk and phone call experiences have all been positive as well. Their clinic is clean and has a nice selection of wellness products for purchase. Our experiences have been nothing but positive and professional from our very first phone call to yesterday’s dental procedure!“

“I came home from work and found my dog had passed suddenly and unexpectedly. He was only 9 years old. We contacted Akin Hills Pet Hospital and they helped us take care of everything right away. We asked them to have him cremated but weren't expecting the heartfelt way they took care of him and the nice urn/case they put his ashes in. They REALLY seem to care.“

“Tyson is a GSP. He started having skin irritation, and his skin would get really red and flaky. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The team at McKeevers helped with a regiment to address his skin condition. So far, it's been going well. Tyson is not as itchy, and his skin cleared up. Let's talk pricing for those of you who may think it's expensive. Think of it as an investment for a happier future for your furbaby. $350 for immunotherapy and $90 for apoquel. Also, I would like to add that please get your syringes filled in some place else. I mean for $16 for 20 syringes. At the pharmacy they are .10 cents a peice. Quit jacking up prices. The syringes should be free. I just gave you $350. Anyways, rant over. I do highly recommend this place even if the pricing runs deep, so hopefully, your pockets are deeper.“

“Due to COVID you have to call when you arrive and they will come and let you in. While I'm surprised they're still doing this we did get in pretty quickly. We were able to go in with our dog and a mask was not required. We were expecting our dog would need x-rays and was expecting it was not going to be cheap. The vet examined her and did not feel x-rays were necessary. He explained our options for treatment but never made us feel pressured. He listened to all of our questions and concerns and answered them. We did not feel rushed at any time. The next morning he personally called us with the blood test results. While a visit to a vet is not cheap. I feel their prices were in line with any other vet. If not, even a little less than I expected and to find a vet who does not do unnecessary treatment or diagnosis tests (x-rays) is amazing. We were treated well but most importantly our dog was treated well. I would not hesitate to recommend them after the visit we had. They even scanned my dog's micro chip so they could enter it in their database in the event she is ever lost and they can help. This was done as their office practice. It was a great idea I had not even thought about.“

Scheduled mass removed and told them I wanted on a day Dr. Mills was working since she was the one who most recently saw my dog. Dropped of my dog this morning for surgery and come to find out she's on vacation. Wasn't happy when I scheduled surgery on a day Mills was working on purpose. They offered to reschedule but wanted this done and over with!“

“We used this clinic for a spay through the rescue we got her from. The staff is super kind and nice considering the volume of care they give day to day. I’m sure it is no easy job. I was a bit disappointed in the condition at which my girl was returned after her spay. On top of her already being uncomfortable from surgery, her eyes were full of goop that took me 45 minutes to finally get out when we got home. You could tell it was really bothering her, so I wish they would have cleaned her eyes alright away to comfort her. I wasn’t 100% certain on the incision at a couple points, but it seemed like it was healing well, until it wasn’t. I wasn’t sure what had happened to cause her fever, etc. had to push them a bit to see me under the terms of the contract, but after I emailed, I was met with kindness and they made it right. I’m very grateful. After taking my pup to the emergency vet with no answers, I was able to leave with more answers and antibiotics, my sweet pup is already on the mend. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedules to inspect my concerns, Value Care Team.“
