In the one visit so far I felt like they actually cared about my cat's wellbeing. From the ladies at the front desk, to the assistant, to the vet I felt like he was in good hands. And they bundled service to make it less expensive. I would recommend these guys as I was recommended by a vet and a vets daughter that don’t even work there or have any business affiliation.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years, I have two pets. I’ve never had any issues with the staff here, they’ve always been kind and accommodating to my pets. I have a reactive dog and they’ve always been kind and understanding to her. The staff is honest about prices and it doesn’t feel like they’re overcharging you. They always answer all your questions and never make you feel rushed.
Shout out to Dr Erin - my puppy’s eyes became swollen and she started losing fur. Within 24 hrs of treatment there was significant improvement! She also sat with my other dog after he passed away and I could tell it pained her as much as it did me to have him go.
Dr Shannon took a serious look into my oldest dog’s skin issue that was always considered allergies. She talked the yeast in his ears and he no longer has any concerns!
The team here is wonderful!! From the front desk to the Vet team - they’ve heard my concerns, enjoyed my goofy dogs and mourned with me in the time of loss. Top notch.
