“I reached out to Legacy after a door-to-door company came by my house and said they think they can get me a new roof through insurance… But they were pressuring me to sign with them right away.

So I reached out to Legacy because they have Malarkey shingles, and to get a second opinion. Josiah and team were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured into agreeing to an upsell. They just were willing to do whatever we wanted.

The insurance process is always a bit chaotic from what I’ve heard from others (this was my first claim), but Legacy did a great job working with the insurance company to get supplementals approved even after the work had been completed and I had already paid out of pocket to get some of it done ahead of time.

Would highly recommend Legacy to anyone. The roof looks great and Malarkey shingles are supposed to be some of the best!!“

From the initial visit, Carl was the only contractor that actually consulted on the project (Complete siding and roof) and would suggest cost efficient improvements to our ideas as well as work with us on design as we went through a significant amount of changes.
