I cannot say enough good things, we ran into issues with our new home and Carrol's team came out and did phenomenal work. Extremely professional, outstanding communication, kept me very informed during the process. I would recommend them to anyone that is on the fence. Had Carroll's replace our roof due to recent hail damage. Their project Manager Seth did an amazing job and made the whole process completely stress free! Tear off and install all in one day and impeccable clean up to boot.

I had a great experience with Carroll's exterior. 2 other contractors couldn't get insurance to pay for roofing and siding but Mark at Carroll's got us new roof and siding. I also got our refund on the old defective shingles. My understanding is that refund comes from certainteed corp. Not Mark or Carroll's exterior. I would recommend them any time. Very helpful, job was completed as stated and cost I was quoted. Barb t
